Sea Urchin Seed Production Center

This facility allows you to see baby sea urchins up close, with a mini indoor pool that recreates the conditions in the sea around Rishiri and materials that reveal the secrets of the island’s sea urchins. North Flaggers, an association of young people from the local fishing industry, also provide occasional group tours of the facility.
